If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have ordered, return it within 45 days for a prompt replacement, exchange, or refund of your purchase price.

All items are sent fully insured. Inspect all shipments upon arrival. Report any losses or damages immediately by calling 877.848.3559 or email info@shopwright.org.
If Your Order Has Been Damaged In Transit
Keep the original container; call 877.848.3559 or email info@shopwright.org. We will establish a method of return.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the manner which you originally paid. If you received the merchandise as a gift, you will be issued a gift certificate. Shipping charges are refunded only when you have received the incorrect item due to our error or the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Restocking Fees
Furniture, lamps and sculptures as well as items not returned in a saleable condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Please call for details.
